Festive revelry merrily makes its way to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra this holiday season as the orchestra performs a trio of symphonic masterpieces for your aural pleasure. The main event, music from the second act of everybody's favorite ballet, Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker, will be preceded by Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini, and Borodin's Polovtsian Dances from Prince Igor. The Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra will join the TSO on stage for a glorious rendition of Polovtsian Dances. Follow the Sugar Plum Fairy into the Land of Sweets this Christmas! . .
