Baek Z Young Comes To Toronto

With a musical career that dates back to 1999, singer Baek Z Young first rose to fame after releasing her Latin inspired Korean Pop album, Sorrow. Today, she has released eight albums as well as being awarded the Best Female Artist at the Mnet Asian Music Awards.

Baek Z Young is one of Koreas most successful modern artists. She has been making music for 19 years and is still a popular K Pop artist, an industry typically dominated by teenagers. Baek's other achievements include being a judge on the Korean version of the voice talent show and providing the soundtrack for many Korean television dramas.

Recently she played to an excited audience when she headlined The First Story of KPlus Concert at the Newport Performing Arts Theater.
