After that, it was only a hop skip and a jump to the mainstream. His talents have seen him appear on numerous comedy shows, record a Netflix special, and start his own hilarious podcast; Off Menu with fellow comedian Ed Gamble.

Perfection, Streamlined, Honest
This intimate theatre was perfect for this perfect comedian. His writing and
presentation was flawless.. He reflects an honesty of our human species which
quickly disarms the hearts of the audience. I felt like I’d just had a heart to heart with “Uncle Jamesâ€, who’d humorously disclosed his personal feelings about growing up. It takes great skill to cleverly and clearly communicate private insights of one’s own journey through life, and most certainly courage. James Acaster does it all. He is an extremely talented storyteller for
any age group. His ability to use such effective body language and his facial expressions are so entertaining, his anecdotes immediately engage his listeners. He needed absolutely nothing else but himself on stage except the simple black background. No distractions. Good decision. He was that good. A wonderful show and great entertainment! The set was very well done and clever. The Old Man Character, Chris Swan, was absolutely hilarious! But hands down the children in the show are stunning, so talented and amazing, especially the boy who played Ralphie, Tommy Druhan, for our show! He gave such a performance and wonderful voice.
